These photographs document sections of the artist’s private mixed media sketchbook — making each photograph a one-of-a-kind original in its own right.

Braided yarn in gold, amber, and black snakes across a dramatic dark background, intersecting with bold strokes of crimson red and gold paint. Small white marks scatter across the surface, adding depth and contrast to the raw, textural composition.
